Corporate Governance and Leadership
- As an Executive and Senior Manager Responsible for the monthly board papers, board governance, and reporting, supporting the company secretarial functions. Presenting the strategy, business case, and 3-5-year plans at the executive and board level, and managing project status reporting, risk and issue monitoring, and mitigation management, ensuring outcomes align with the strategy and business case objectives.

- President, Officer Bearer & Founder, Williamstown High School Association (WHSA) | Melbourne, AUS 2025 to Present
- I formed the Williamstown High Association (WSHA), led member recruitment, incorporated the association, and prepared its articles of association and strategic plan. The alumni serve as a point of connection between past and present students, staff, parents, and the community, with a charter to be the school's alumni, to connect members with the school's history, and to organise fundraising events to support the school and students.
- Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee Member, Williamstown High School Staff and Student Association (WHESSA) | Melbourne, AUS 2010 – 2020
- Managed committee meetings, agendas, minutes, and annual returns. Organised the election of officer-bearers at the AGM. Established the social media presence. Fundraising and organising the school's 100th anniversary celebration.
- Community Advocacy and Election Management | Melbourne, AUS 1990 – 2026
- Branch President, Electorate Conference Chairman, Secretary and Election Campaign Manager. In the roles I oversaw, I led local policy development and community liaison, governance and operations, including annual planning and budgeting, managing financial accounts, and ensuring compliance with the party constitution and policy, as well as the electoral commission regulations.
- As the Chairman and Branch President, I led a team of volunteers to recruit members, raise funds, develop policies, chair meetings and the AGM, manage elections for office-bearers and candidate pre-selection conventions, conduct electorate activities and events, and engage in community and government liaison.
- As the Electorate Conference and Branch Secretary, I managed meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence, the AGM, compliance reporting, and the annual return. As the election campaign manager, I prepared the strategic campaign plan and budget, provided candidate advice, led the campaign team, organised a diverse team of volunteers, managed community engagement and media, managed fundraising and budgets, handled compliance reporting, and chaired campaign meetings.
